It's funny, but why. Why is this a thing?

Aquaninja360 responds:

idk

It's really fun! I just think there's a little too much reverb on the lead.

Euphy responds:

Thanks mate!!

At first, I was going to leave, but the song got progressively better. 0:16 was terrible. From 0:30 on was really catchy, but repeats too many times. The song is "listenable," and trust me, there is a lot of music that I find isn't, so keep trying!

Ultimatepalmtree3 responds:

Thanks for the feedback. Means a lot

WOW!
Have you considered getting a record deal yet? Do you have one?

JoarZ responds:

I'm trying to find a good record deal still, and no I dont have one. :(
But thank you so much for the positive feedback! :)

The drums are very balanced. May I ask what characterizes neurofunk and "neuro" sub-genres?

Barkenadem responds:

Well, first of all, thanks for your checking my track!
Neurofunk is a subgenre of DnB. The main difference with Neuro and DnB itself are the thematics of it. Neuro is supposedly more dark themed, with heavy complex basslines, and punching drums. However, the tempo isn't strictly 174bpm, it can vary from 160 to 180 easily; I prefer to go more classy on this.
Basslines in Neuro genres consist of a Reese sort of sound with lots of filters upon it, mainly band pass.
There's also Neurohop, a 100bpm hip-hop-influenced genre which has the same characteristics mentioned above.

If you want some tips n' tricks on how to master/mix, msg me.

What's wrong with the composition? I think it's a great song. Very sweet and soft.

nemernemer responds:

Well, I guess it's a mixture between self criticism and having to listen to it hundreds of times :P
I'm glad you liked it, because as long as I know one person enjoyed it, I'm happy :)

It's cool, but I think there's way to much fuzziness in the synths.

tougueric responds:

Thanks for responding, I'l try to fix it. This is a pretty old track too.

Why is it missing bass? Your music is decent, so it's a little weird that it only has treble.

Vatriox responds:

Well, I thought I'd try something different. Sorry if I disappointed!

My first thought was "Hey this song is really cool!" Then, I read the description. I just realized: Mainstream styles become mainstream because they sound good. That's one sick mainstream track you got there! You pulled it off. Favorited! The name is satirical, too, isn't it?

Obelion responds:

Of course it is :) and I'm glad I could get you to have your own thoughts about this!

The parts after 1:09 and 2:22 are really good, but the first minute was a little unsettling and didn't have the same feel as the Electro parts.

SVibes responds:

I appreciate your feedback. It's very insightful, and in some other tracks this may be an issue. In this track though, I made it asymmetrical as a stylistic choice. Like the title, many parts of the song are meant to be complimentary of other parts.

If you're looking for a song of mine with a high energy level that never stops, you should listen to my track Silvers or my E.T. remix.
